Welcome back to another great Ottawa Game Maker's meetup!
After an extensive 8 months of developing capstone projects, the 3rd year students at Algonquin College are ready to present their finished product!
Join us as we explore the variety of game genres and creativity, designed in teams of 10-15 students. Each group will demonstrate their game design, passion and insights of development throughout the journey! Everything is developed from scratch by the budding artists and programmers. The development process has been designed to simulate an industry type production, with Agile Software Development methodologies and team roles. These include titles such as scrum master, team contacts, and source control engineer.
The game genres we will present range from fun party games to serious cold war and underwater simulators, viking themed action RPG to world war shooter with wizards!
Whether you're just starting your game development journey, a seasoned pro, or simply interested in learning more about art and games, we hope to see you there!

Doors will open at 6:30PM. Presentation will start at 7:00PM. After the presentation, feel free to stick around and socialize with fellow game dev community members before the event wraps up at 9:00PM.
